WEEKEND COORDINATING
This package is perfect for brides that want to design their own wedding but need someone to make sure their big day runs smoothly and according to plans. Thirty days prior to your wedding, we will meet to discuss and finalize a plan and the details of your wedding. One coordinator and up to 2 assistants will attend rehearsal and wedding day to keep things on schedule. We will also coordinate with vendors on arrival, setup, and departure of the venue.
PARTIAL PLANNING
This package is for the bride that wants to bring in their own flair, but needs help keeping things organized. We will help coordinate with the vendors of your choice, make sure payments are made on time, and set up appointments. This package also includes everything in the "Weekend Coordinating" package.
FULL SERVICE PLANNING
This package is for the bride who wants the queen treatment. This option gives Champion Events the reigns to design and carry out your dream wedding without you lifting a finger. We will completely coordinate with you, your vendors, and your venue. We will determine the number of staff members needed to carry out your wedding to be present during rehearsal and wedding day.
